Response timeline

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt. We resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
